Beretta BU9 Nano 9mm Micro Striker-Fired Pistol – Early Accokeek Production
This early-run BU9 Nano was built in Beretta’s Accokeek, Maryland facility and features the company’s removable serialized steel chassis, allowing easy frame replacements while keeping the same legal firearm. Its micro size, snag-free profile, and striker-fired double-action-only trigger make it a purpose-built concealment pistol. A matte black slide with rear serrations, drift-adjustable steel 3-dot sights, and a reversible magazine catch round out a design focused on reliability and simplicity.

- 1× 6-round steel magazine with flush baseplate
Built around a removable serialized chassis, this Nano lets owners swap frames without a trip to the FFL, offering a level of modularity rarely found in micro pistols.
The de-horned slide eliminates external safety levers and slide-stop tabs, reducing snag points during draw while still locking open on an empty magazine. Rear serrations provide solid purchase for press checks and charging.
Beretta’s striker-fired DAO system delivers a consistent pull for every shot, and the reversible magazine catch caters to both right- and left-handed shooters. The pistol ships with flush and extended magazines, giving users a choice between maximum concealability or an extra two rounds and additional grip length.
A lightweight black polymer frame keeps overall weight down, while the installed Hogue rubber sleeve adds texture and recoil control without altering the pistol’s slim profile.
Drift-adjustable steel 3-dot sights are durable and quick to acquire, complementing the Nano’s matte black slide finish for a low-glare sight picture.
