The METE SFT’s match-grade barrel is treated with black nitride for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, while the modular push-pin chassis simplifies disassembly and future customization. A double under-cut trigger guard and integrally flared mag-well promote a consistent, high grip and fast reloads.
The slide arrives optics-ready from the factory, accepting Shield RMS/RMSc and Trijicon RMRcc footprints without additional milling. Full-length ambidextrous slide-stop levers and a reversible magazine release make the pistol immediately usable by left- or right-handed shooters.
Safety is addressed with a red-bladed trigger safety, internal striker block, and loaded chamber indicator. The short-reset trigger breaks at approximately 5 lb, delivering a crisp feel for follow-up shots.
