The V7 Pro’s 18" chrome-moly-vanadium steel barrel features Daniel Defense’s cold-hammer-forged process, S2W profile, chrome lining, and 1:7 RH twist for consistent accuracy with 55- to 77-grain 5.56 NATO loads. A 1/2x28 threaded muzzle carries the factory-installed Daniel Defense two-port Muzzle Climb Mitigator for rapid shot recovery.
Forged 7075-T6 receivers are HPT/MPI tested and finished in the limited Gun-Metal-Gray Cerakote. Matching red anodized extended magazine release, 45/90 ambidextrous Talon safety selector, Raptor-style ambidextrous charging handle, and takedown pins provide fast, intuitive control from either shoulder.
The free-float MFR 15.0 aluminum handguard offers a full-length numbered Picatinny top rail and M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock for accessories, while keeping weight forward-neutral. A six-position stock with rubber butt-pad and QD sling sockets pairs with a textured rubber over-mold pistol grip for a solid, comfortable hold; length of pull adjusts to 13.0".
The Geissele SD-3G single-stage flat-bow trigger delivers a crisp break ideal for rapid competition strings. Combined with the direct-impingement action, rifle-length gas system, and 32-round magazine, the V7 Pro is configured for speed and reliability under match pressure.
