The P365X ROMEOZero takes SIG Sauer’s proven micro-compact platform and layers on factory optics readiness, a red-dot already installed, and premium aftermarket upgrades. A Wilson Combat grip module delivers improved ergonomics and traction, while an MCARBO fluted extended barrel and two-port compensator tame muzzle rise. With 12+1 rounds on board and a flat-faced XSeries trigger, this striker-fired pistol offers top-tier shootability in a concealment-sized package.

The serialized stainless-steel fire-control unit is the heart of the P365X, allowing quick grip-module swaps without a gunsmith. Wilson Combat’s polymer module adds starburst texturing, an enlarged magazine well, and a high undercut trigger guard for better control.
An MCARBO fluted extended barrel teams with a two-port compensator to reduce muzzle flip and speed follow-up shots. The barrel’s stainless construction and fluting cut weight while boosting heat dissipation.
The optic-ready XSeries slide features front and rear cocking serrations and wears a durable black Nitron DLC finish. A factory-installed SIG Sauer ROMEOZero red-dot sight provides a crisp 3-MOA aiming point, while the XRAY3 tritium front sight co-witnesses through the window.
SIG’s flat-faced XSeries trigger breaks at approximately 5.5 lb, promoting a straight-back press and consistent feel. A short 1913-style accessory rail on the trigger guard supports compact weapon lights or lasers.
