The heart of this build is a BCM 16-inch, NATO-pressure-rated barrel with a 1:7 RH twist and a durable chrome-lined bore. The barrel’s threaded muzzle wears a BCM MOD 0 flash hider, ready for further muzzle devices thanks to its standard 1/2-28 UNEF threads.
A Geissele Super Modular Rail MK8 (13 inches, M-LOK) offers a rigid, lightweight mounting platform for accessories while maintaining a slim profile. The rail mates seamlessly to Aero Precision’s forged X15 upper and lower receivers, each finished in matching FDE Cerakote and linked by an upper-lower tensioning screw for a tight, wobble-free fit.
Controls are refined with a Geissele two-stage combat trigger set at a crisp 4.5-pound pull, providing a clear, repeatable break for accurate shooting. A phosphate-finished BCM bolt-carrier group, MPI/HP tested for reliability, handles cycling in the direct-impingement action.
Ergonomics come from Magpul’s MOE pistol grip and ACS six-position collapsible stock, both in FDE to match the receivers. The ACS stock adds dual battery compartments and keeps length-of-pull at a compact 11.25 inches when collapsed. Rainier Arms flip-up iron sights provide a rugged, low-profile aiming option out of the box.
