The 5.2-inch, button-rifled match barrel is nitride-treated for long service life and consistent accuracy. Its extended length pairs with the full-size slide to maximize sight radius and reduce muzzle flip.
The slide is milled for direct-mount optics, accepts multiple red-dot footprints, and features forward lightening ports that trim reciprocating mass for quicker cycling. Front and rear serrations provide positive purchase during press checks or manipulations.
A flat-faced trigger with a short, tactile reset breaks at approximately 4.5 lb, supporting fast, precise follow-up shots. The enlarged, reversible magazine release and interchangeable backstraps let shooters tailor the pistol to their hand and reload style.
Safety is handled by a trigger blade, internal striker block, loaded-chamber window, and a visual/tactile striker-status indicator. Each TP9 SFx is NATO AEP-97 proof-tested at the MKE facility in Turkey, ensuring durability under rigorous standards.
