This X95 uses a long-stroke gas-piston system derived from the IDF service rifle, offering smooth operation and reduced fouling at the shooter’s face. The reversible charging handle, push-button magazine release, and ambidextrous safety selector support both right- and left-handed use.
The 16.5-inch CrMoV barrel is cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined, and threaded 1/2-28 RH for easy attachment of muzzle devices. A 1:7 RH twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington projectiles.
Integral folding tritium front and rear sights sit co-planar with the monolithic top Picatinny rail, giving shooters immediate back-up sights without adding height. Polymer side and bottom panels can be removed for accessory rails, while QD sling cups are molded into the chassis for quick gear attachment.
The bullpup configuration places the action behind the trigger, yielding a 15-inch length of pull and excellent balance in a full-size platform that remains short enough for confined environments.
