The SOCOM 16 CQB’s 16.25-inch carbon-steel barrel is parkerized and cut with six grooves at a 1:11 RH twist, matching the gas system tuning developed specifically for this shorter profile.
An Archangel CQB polymer chassis provides an integral pistol grip, adjustable cheekpiece, and collapsible stock that accepts standard AR buffer tubes. The chassis also features accessory rails at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock for lights or lasers.
The receiver and barrel wear a uniform parkerized finish. A proprietary multi-port muzzle brake tames recoil while preserving rapid follow-up capability.
Iron sights include an XS tritium front post and a ghost-ring rear aperture for low-light usability. A factory scout Picatinny rail forward of the action and the installed Sadlak steel mount over the receiver give immediate options for red dots or magnified optics.
