The first full-production metal-framed variant in the M&P line, this M&P 9 M2.0 Metal pairs a 7075-T6 aluminum alloy frame with a stainless, Armornite-treated barrel and slide. Its tungsten-gray Cerakote finish, optics-ready slide, and flat-face trigger provide a modern, duty-ready upgrade while retaining magazine and holster compatibility with earlier M&P pistols.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good – shows only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use. Minor, superficial scratches and small blemishes are present but do not affect function.
Bore Condition: Excellent – clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent – sharp lands and grooves.

The metal frame delivers reduced flex and a crisper recoil pulse compared with polymer M&P models, while keeping the familiar 18-degree grip angle and interchangeable palmswell backstraps for a tailored fit.
The optics-ready slide comes cut for popular micro red-dot footprints and includes a factory plate kit, allowing direct mounting without additional machining. Forward and rear cocking serrations aid slide manipulation even with optics installed.
Its 4.25-inch stainless barrel wears Smith & Wesson’s durable Armornite finish and is rated for continuous +P 9 mm use. A flat-face trigger with an articulated safety shoe provides a straight pull and short tactile reset.
Internal passive safeties, a reversible magazine release, and a tool-less takedown system that does not require pulling the trigger contribute to safe, straightforward handling and maintenance.
