This user-assembled Aero Precision M5 Enhanced delivers long-range capability in a purpose-built AR-10 platform. Anchored by a 24" Tactical Ordnance EV-5 heavy barrel and finished in Flat Dark Earth Cerakote, it combines premium components—such as a PSA nickel-boron two-stage trigger and Aero Precision BREACH ambidextrous charging handle—into a single, accuracy-focused package.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent – Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling – Sharp lands and grooves.
Minor carbon buildup from prior firing is visible, but the bore remains clear and bright.

The heart of this build is the 24" Tactical Ordnance EV-5 heavy barrel made from 416R/4150 CMV steel, cut with a 1:10 right-hand twist for optimal stabilization of heavy .308 Win projectiles. Its threaded muzzle wears a JK Armament War Eagle compensator that doubles as a suppressor mount, giving the shooter flexibility for recoil management or suppressed use.
Aero Precision’s M5 Enhanced upper, lower, and one-piece free-float handguard provide a rigid, matched foundation. The handguard’s M-LOK slots and integral QD sling sockets simplify accessory placement while protecting accuracy with a proprietary barrel nut. All major aluminum components share a uniform FDE Cerakote finish for corrosion resistance and a cohesive look.
The fire-control system features a Palmetto State Armory two-stage trigger treated with nickel-boron for a smooth pull and clean break. Feeding reliability is handled by an Aero Precision bolt carrier group, while an adjustable Aero Precision gas block lets the shooter fine-tune cycling for different loads or suppressor use.
Ergonomics come from a Luth-AR MBA-3 carbine stock with dual thumb-wheel cheek height adjustment and collapsible length of pull, paired with a Hogue OverMolded rubber finger-groove pistol grip. The Aero Precision BREACH charging handle offers ambidextrous control, and the UTG bipod gives a stable shooting platform straight out of the box.
