What’s Included
- Marlin Model 336 RC Regular Carbine rifle (.30-30)
The RC Regular Carbine variant features a full-length 6-round magazine and a handy 20-inch barrel, keeping the rifle compact while maintaining traditional capacity.
Marlin’s Micro-Groove rifling, introduced in the 1950s, uses many shallow grooves to reduce fouling and ease cleaning. Combined with the bright bore on this rifle, it helps support consistent accuracy with standard .30-30 loads.
This is a pre-crossbolt-safety rifle. The action locks up with the traditional half-cock hammer notch and the gold-plated trigger used by Marlin from 1969 to 1982.
The receiver is side-eject and factory drilled and tapped, allowing easy scope mounting without interfering with spent-case clearance—one of the Model 336’s hallmark design advantages.
Both the pistol-grip walnut stock and matching fore-end retain their original checkering and fit solidly to the steel receiver and barrel band. The iron sights include a ramped front with serrated blade and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear, giving the shooter a clear sight picture out of the box.
