Staccato (STI) Marauder 9mm 2011 Pistol – Limited-Run, Full-Size, 17+1 Capacity
The Marauder is one of STI’s last pre-“Staccato” 2011 pistols, produced in limited numbers from roughly 2015–2018. Built on a steel, double-stack 1911 platform, it delivers a 17+1 capacity while retaining the crisp single-action trigger STI is known for. A 5 inch stainless bull barrel, full-length heavy dust cover with five lightening pockets, and black Cerakote finish give this discontinued model a distinct mix of balance, durability, and collector appeal.

This Marauder is built around STI’s double-stack 2011 frame, giving the shooter 17+1 rounds of 9mm while maintaining the familiar 1911 ergonomics and trigger feel. The TG-prefix serial confirms a full STI factory build, not a gunsmith kit, adding confidence for collectors and shooters alike.
The 5 inch stainless, bushingless bull barrel sits inside a slide finished in black Cerakote and machined with both front and rear cocking serrations. The heavy, full-length dust cover includes five lightening pockets that shift weight forward for flatter tracking without adding an accessory rail.
Sights consist of a red-rod fiber-optic front paired with a fully adjustable Bo-Mar-pattern rear, offering precise control over point of impact adjustments. A skeletonized trigger with an over-travel stop breaks at approximately 4 pounds, while a commander-style skeletonized hammer speeds lock time and reduces mass.
Ambidextrous thumb safety (thumb safety provided) and a grip safety provide the familiar manual controls of the 1911 platform. Molded-checkered polymer grip panels ensure positive purchase even during rapid strings of fire.
