Remington Model 552 Speedmaster .22 S/L/LR Semi-Automatic Rifle – 23" Barrel, 15+1 Tube Magazine
The Remington Model 552 Speedmaster is a versatile rimfire that feeds .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle interchangeably, making it a flexible option for target work and small-game hunting. This example pairs a 23" carbon-steel barrel with a lightweight alloy receiver, gloss blued metalwork, and walnut furniture. Its integral 3/8" dovetail scope grooves, reliable blow-back action, and 15-round tubular magazine highlight why the Speedmaster line has remained in production for decades.

What’s Included
- Remington Model 552 Speedmaster .22 S/L/LR semi-automatic rifle
Introduced in 1957, the Model 552 remains one of the few rimfire semi-autos that fires all three common .22 rimfire lengths without any adjustment. This flexibility makes it convenient to feed and practical for a wide range of shooting tasks.
The blow-back-operated action feeds from an under-barrel tubular magazine that holds 15 rounds of .22 LR (or more of the shorter cartridges). Its cross-bolt safety provides straightforward, familiar control.
A 23" carbon-steel barrel offers solid ballistic performance, while the ramp-style bead front sight and adjustable rear leaf sight give a clear sight picture. For optics, the receiver top is machined with integral 3/8" dovetail grooves, eliminating the need for aftermarket bases.
Gloss blued metal contrasts with the walnut stock and fore-end. The wood features a semi-pistol-grip, straight comb, and impressed diamond checkering, offering a secure hold and classic appearance. A 13.5" length of pull keeps the rifle comfortable for most adult shooters.
