Built on a stamped-steel receiver with manganese-phosphate finish and fitted with American maple furniture, it combines familiar AK reliability with upgraded U.S. components such as an S7 tool-steel trunnion and a RAK-1 enhanced trigger. A threaded 16-inch 4150 chrome-moly barrel and enlarged T-shape magazine release round out a straightforward, durable package for shooters who want a modern, domestic take on the classic Kalashnikov platform.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

This VSKA is built around a hardened S7 tool-steel trunnion, bolt carrier, and feed ramp, components selected for long-term durability under sustained use.
The 16-inch 4150 chrome-moly barrel is threaded 14x1 LH, ready for muzzle devices or suppressor adapters, and paired with traditional AKM iron sights—a drift-adjustable front post and tangent rear.
Century’s RAK-1 single-stage trigger offers a lighter, crisper pull than standard AK triggers while maintaining reliable ignition with hard primers.
The enlarged T-shape magazine release and selector lever with bolt-hold-open notch make reloads and administrative handling faster and easier without altering the rifle’s familiar manual of arms.
American maple stock and matching handguards provide a straight-comb cheek weld and natural wood appearance, contrasting the black polymer pistol grip for a practical, two-tone look that stays true to the AK aesthetic.
