Extended ambidextrous controls, XRAY3 tritium sights, and a modular grip with interchangeable backstraps make this 2023 release a feature-rich option for concealed or duty carry without adding bulk.

The XMacro TACOPS slide retains the slim 1-inch profile of the original P365 while adding full-length front and rear serrations and a factory optic cut that accepts Shield RMSc, SIG RomeoZero Elite, and Holosun K-series footprints. The missing cover plate is the only exception to an otherwise complete package.
A flat-faced trigger breaks at approximately 5.6 pounds, giving a clean, consistent pull that pairs well with the striker-fired action for fast follow-up shots. Extended ambidextrous slide-catch levers—unique to the TACOPS variant—offer intuitive control for both right- and left-handed shooters.
The Macro grip module houses 17-round flush-fit magazines, delivering service-pistol capacity in a micro-compact frame. Interchangeable backstraps let the shooter tailor the grip circumference for comfort and recoil management.
Built around SIG’s modular Fire Control Unit, this pistol can accept P365-series slides, barrels, and grips, giving owners broad flexibility for caliber or size conversions without extra paperwork.
