Glock G22 Gen 2 .40 S&W – Full-Size Austrian Pistol with Aftermarket Tritium/Fiber-Optic Sights
This second-generation Glock 22 offers the original, rail-free frame that launched Glock’s .40 S&W line in the early 1990s. The pistol retains its factory Tenifer-treated slide and barrel for impressive corrosion resistance and adds a custom tritium/fiber-optic 3-dot sight set for fast, low-light target acquisition. Six compliant 10-round magazines round out a package that blends historical appeal with practical upgrades.

What’s Included
- Glock G22 Gen 2 pistol with installed tritium/fiber-optic 3-dot sights
- Six 10-round Glock factory polymer magazines
Introduced in 1990, the Gen 2 Glock 22 was the company’s first .40 S&W offering. It uses a three-pin polymer frame reinforced to handle the higher pressure cartridge while keeping weight down for duty carry.
This example retains the smooth, groove-free frontstrap and the absence of an accessory rail—features collectors look for when distinguishing true Gen 2 guns from later revisions.
The Tenifer finish on the steel slide and barrel provides a hard, matte black surface with exceptional corrosion and wear resistance. Rear cocking serrations allow secure manipulation even with gloves.
Aftermarket tritium/fiber-optic sights combine a bright green fiber-optic/tritium front with a matching rear blade marked “GT1 / TG-H3,” delivering a clear, three-dot picture in daylight and darkness alike.
Six 10-round, double-stack magazines accompany the pistol. These factory magazines reflect the 1994–2004 Federal AWB capacity limits and make the package range-ready while maintaining period correctness.
