First produced in the 1990s and reintroduced in 2020, the SAR 2000 ST retains its forged stainless steel slide and frame for maximum durability. The integral dust cover houses a full-length recoil-spring tunnel, adding weight up front to tame muzzle rise.
Inside-frame slide rails position the bore lower in the hand, contributing to quicker follow-up shots. Rear cocking serrations offer positive purchase, and the external ring hammer supports traditional DA/SA manual of arms.
The 4.3 inch hammer-forged barrel features a recessed crown to protect the rifling. Fixed three-dot sights provide a familiar sight picture, while the drift-adjustable rear allows windage tuning.
