The Black Ops series uses a wide-body 14-round frame, giving you modern capacity without straying from classic 1911 ergonomics. A machined magazine well speeds up reloads, while 25 lpi checkering on the frontstrap and flat mainspring housing enhances grip stability.
The 5-inch match-grade stainless-steel barrel features an integral feed ramp and is paired with a fitted bushing for consistent lock-up. Para’s proprietary Power Extractor improves reliability when cycling a wide range of .45 ACP loads.
The slide and frame wear a durable matte black Ionbond finish, resisting corrosion and minimizing glare. Front and rear angled cocking serrations provide secure purchase for press checks and slide manipulation.
Trijicon fixed tritium night sights deliver a clear sight picture in low light. An integral Picatinny accessory rail on the dust cover supports weapon lights or lasers for duty or defensive roles.
Ambidextrous thumb safeties, a beavertail grip safety, and a Series-80 style firing-pin block add multiple layers of safety. A skeletonized trigger with an over-travel stop and a lightweight combat hammer round out the performance-oriented fire-control group.
