This pistol started life as a factory P365 XMacro/XL Comp (SKU 365XCA-9-COMP) and was later upgraded by the previous owner to emulate the look and feel of a Custom Works P365XL Spectre Comp. It retains the factory two-port compensated slide and now wears an Icarus Precision ACE 365 billet-aluminum grip module, delivering improved control, a refined feel, and a striking custom appearance. Chambered in 9 mm Luger and built around SIG’s serialized stainless-steel FCU, it still offers a 21-round on-board capacity in a package slim enough for everyday carry.

Details
The installed slide is the factory compensated P365 variant marked simply “P365” (without the “XL” laser text found on true Spectre Comp slides). It is CNC-machined from stainless steel, finished in black Nitron, and incorporates an integral two-port compensator that tames muzzle rise without adding length. Forward and rear cocking serrations offer positive purchase, and the RMSc/Shield optics cut lets you mount today’s popular micro red dots while still co-witnessing the suppressor-height SIG X-RAY 3 day/night sights.
An Icarus Precision ACE 365 grip module replaces the standard polymer frame, upgrading to 7075-T6 aluminum with aggressive raised-diamond texturing and a flared magwell. The result is a firmer, higher purchase that balances the slide’s extra mass and the pistol’s extended magazine length.
The pistol still uses the factory black flat-faced, skeletonized trigger (Spectre Comps ship with a gold TiN trigger). Controls remain ambidextrous-friendly, and a MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail accommodates compact weapon lights or lasers.
Despite its micro-compact size, the P365 XMacro/XL Comp carries 21 rounds on board—outclassing many full-size pistols—thanks to the included flush 17-round and extended 21-round magazines. The 3.1 in. stainless barrel mates seamlessly with the slide’s compensator system, preserving reliability while minimizing felt recoil.
Although not a factory-produced Custom Works Spectre Comp, this upgraded P365 XMacro/XL Comp combines OEM compensated performance with tasteful aftermarket enhancements, making it a standout choice for shooters who want Spectre-style features without the Custom Works price tag.
