Product Description

    Cimarron M1911-A1 FS .45 ACP High-Polish Blued 5-Inch 1911 Pistol

This full-size Cimarron M1911-A1 FS is a faithful, Series 70 reproduction of the early-WWII Colt Government Model, chambered in .45 ACP. Manufactured by Armscor in the Philippines and finished in a deep, high-polish blue, it blends classic G.I. styling with forged-steel durability. Collectors and shooters looking for an authentic 1911 experience will appreciate its period-correct markings, checkered walnut grips, and dual lanyard loops.

    Condition

Overall Condition: Good condition, showing some signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Good – Clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.
Bore Rifling: Good Rifling – Intact, well-defined lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Some scattered pitting on the slide flats, light scratches along the frame, and finish wear at the muzzle and high edges.

    What’s Included

    • 1 × 7-round steel G.I.-style magazine with lanyard-loop baseplate (factory)

Built on a forged-carbon-steel frame and slide, this pistol mirrors the feel and balance of wartime 1911s while accepting standard Colt-pattern parts. The high-polish blue finish provides a period look that contrasts nicely with the crisp, checkered walnut grips.

The Series 70 fire-control system omits a firing-pin safety for a smooth, light, single-action trigger pull. A short solid trigger, spur hammer, and rear-only vertical cocking serrations maintain traditional ergonomics.

Fixed G.I. sights—small blade front and square-notch rear—keep the top end authentic, while dual lanyard loops (frame and magazine) add practical field features rarely seen on modern 1911s.

Slide markings replicate early Colt patent dates and the Rampant Colt logo, enhancing its collector appeal. The serial prefix “C00” aligns with Cimarron’s numbering sequence, verifying production lineage.
