Product Description

CZ Modell 27 .32 ACP WWII German-Occupation Semi-Automatic Pistol – 3.9" Barrel, Böhmische Waffenfabrik Marked

This pre-war CZ Modell 27 is a collectible sidearm produced in German-occupied Czechoslovakia. The top of the slide carries the Böhmische Waffenfabrik A.G. in Prag legend. Compact, reliable, and chambered in .32 ACP, the vz. 27 served widely with German military and police units, making surviving examples with clear wartime markings desirable to both historians and shooters.

    Condition

Overall Condition: Good – shows some signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Good – clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.
Rifling: Good – intact, well-defined lands and grooves.

Handling wear and small blemishes are visible across the exterior surfaces, consistent with service carry and age. Slide and frame serial numbers do not match, indicating a period field or depot replacement.

    What’s Included

    • CZ Modell 27 pistol
    • One factory 8-round magazine with elongated witness slots and toe extension
    • Leather full-flap holster with brass stud closure and spare-magazine pouch

The slide legend “Böhmische Waffenfabrik A.G. in Prag” reflects production under German control of the CZ plant, adding clear historical context. Collectors value these occupation markings as they bridge pre-war and late-war production runs.

Frame serial number 373323 indicates production during the early occupation period before the outbreak of World War II. The slide, from a different gun, was likely swapped during wartime maintenance—common for service weapons—yet retains matching finish and correct machining for the period.

The pistol wears the original wartime “military-blue” finish on its carbon-steel frame and slide. Vertical grasping grooves, an external hammer, and the simple blow-back mechanism keep operation straightforward and familiar to vz. 27 users.

One-piece brown checkered Bakelite grips remain intact, providing the typical secure hold without the fragility seen in some two-piece wartime stocks. Fixed iron sights and a manual safety round out a design that balances compact dimensions with dependable function.
