Built around Sig’s modular, serialized fire-control unit, this XCompact R2 lets the owner swap calibers and grip modules without additional paperwork. The medium-size grip module features an extended beavertail, aggressive stippling, and a three-slot M1913 accessory rail molded into the dust cover.
The carbon-steel 3.6 inch barrel pairs with a Nitron-finished slide that carries both forward and rear cocking serrations. The R2 optic cut accepts SIG ROMEO1PRO and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro micro red-dot sights, allowing fast upgrade to a reflex sight without machining.
SIG XRAY3 tritium sights provide a bright green front dot and two rear dots for 24-hour target acquisition. The flat XSeries trigger offers reduced overtravel and a crisp, vertical break at roughly 90 degrees, promoting consistent shot placement.
Internal striker, disconnect, and drop safeties work in tandem with the reversible magazine release to support safe operation for right- or left-handed shooters. Three 10-round magazines keep the pistol compliant where higher capacities are restricted while still giving ample on-board ammunition.
