Marlin Model 60 .22 LR Semi-Automatic Rifle – 19" Micro-Groove Barrel, 14+1 Tube Magazine, Gamo 4x32 Scope
The Marlin Model 60 is one of the most widely produced rimfire rifles in American history, and this Mayfield, Kentucky Remington-era example carries the less-common “MM” serial prefix. It pairs a 19-inch carbon-steel barrel with Marlin’s trademark Micro-Groove rifling and a patented last-shot bolt hold-open feature. A factory 3/8-inch dovetail accepts the included Gamo 4x32 rimfire scope, giving the shooter immediate glass on target.

What’s Included
- Gamo 4x32 rimfire scope (installed)
- 3/8" dovetail tip-off scope rings (installed)
This Model 60 uses a simple, reliable blowback action and a fixed tubular magazine holding 14 rounds of .22 LR with one additional round in the chamber. Marlin’s knurled charging handle and cross-bolt safety make operation intuitive.
The carbon-steel barrel features a recessed crowned muzzle to protect the rifling, while the 1:16 RH twist stabilizes a wide range of rimfire loads. Iron sights remain intact, with a serrated ramp front blade and folding leaf rear for backup aiming.
The receiver and frame are lightweight aluminum alloy finished in matte black, matching the blued barrel. A hardwood birch stock with a satin finish and Monte Carlo comb offers a classic look and comfortable cheek weld.
With more than 11 million Model 60 rifles produced, the platform is proven, but the Remington-era Mayfield production and MM prefix add collector interest. The included optic and rings mean this rifle is range-ready out of the box.
