The Fix Pistol from Q compresses rifle-grade performance into a compact, brace-equipped platform built around the new 8.6 Blackout cartridge. Its one-piece 7075-T6 aluminum receiver, ultra-fast 1:3" twist stainless barrel, and 45° short-throw three-lug bolt work together to launch heavy subsonic projectiles with impressive stability and accuracy. A folding skeletonized brace, free-float Q-Sert handguard, and integral 20-slot Picatinny rail make this pistol ready for transport, accessories, and optics right out of the box.

The Fix’s monolithic receiver eliminates separate upper and lower components, enhancing rigidity and cutting weight. Q machines it from 7075-T6 aluminum and gives it a clear anodized finish that resists corrosion while showcasing the metal’s natural tone.
Its 11.25" stainless steel barrel is lightweight, free-floated, and quick-change. The M18×1.5 threads wear a Cherry Bomb brake that also acts as a taper mount for Q suppressors, allowing straightforward recoil and sound management options.
The bolt rides on a smooth 45° throw and locks with three lugs for solid chamber support. Feeding comes from a 10-round SR-25 pattern magazine, and a paddle release drops mags quickly for fast reloads.
Controls are user-centric: a two-stage match trigger breaks cleanly, while an ambidextrous 2-position safety keeps manipulation intuitive for right- or left-hand shooters. The skeletonized handguard accepts Q-Sert and M-LOK accessories without adding bulk.
When folded, the polymer brace shortens the overall length for stowage while still providing a stable shooting interface when deployed.
