BPI-New Frontier Beartooth Magnum .50 Cal Break-Action Inline Muzzleloader with Bushnell Scope
The Beartooth Magnum is BPI-New Frontier’s purpose-built, break-action inline muzzleloader, produced in Spain during the early 2000s. This example pairs a 24-inch carbon-steel barrel with a 1:28 twist optimized for saboted bullets and magnum powder charges. A factory-mounted Bushnell scope and Weaver-style rings make it ready for sight-in, while the mis-stamped “BPI-NEM Frontier” barrel marking adds a verifiable curiosity for collectors.

What’s Included
- Bushnell scope with Weaver-style rings
The break-action design uses a threaded breech plug for straightforward cleaning and reliable inline ignition. An exposed hammer gives clear visual and tactile control of the firing mechanism.
The carbon-steel barrel wears a deep blued finish, while the frame is left matte in-the-white for contrast. Spanish CIP black-powder proof marks verify proper proofing and origin.
The grey/black synthetic stock features molded stippling, a palm swell, and a QD swivel stud for a sling. A rib-grip fore-end provides secure handling, even with gloved hands.
Production was limited to a short 2003–2006 run, and factory parts are now scarce, making intact specimens increasingly hard to find. The incorrect “BPI-NEM” barrel stamp further distinguishes this particular rifle within that already small pool.
Factory scope mounting bosses accept the included Weaver-style rings, giving the shooter a stable optics platform without additional gunsmithing.
