The P365 XMACRO COMP brings the high-capacity, low-recoil advantages of Sig Sauer’s award-winning XMACRO line to a one-inch-wide carry package. This example combines a factory-milled two-port compensator slide, flush-fit 17-round magazines, and a removable fire-control unit with a factory-installed Streamlight TLR-7X weapon light, giving the buyer a turnkey concealed-carry setup with reduced muzzle rise, ample onboard ammo, and ready night-fighting illumination.
Condition
Overall Condition: Good – shows prior use and handling. Light surface scratches and small blemishes are visible on the slide and frame but do not affect function.
Bore Condition: Excellent – clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear; rifling is sharp with crisp lands and grooves.

Released in August 2022, the XMACRO COMP won the 2022 NASGW / POMA Best New Handgun and Best New Product awards, thanks to its compensator-cut slide that tames muzzle rise without adding length or weight. The integrated ports vent gases upward, keeping sights on target for faster follow-up shots.
A modular, serialized fire-control unit (serial 66G0 prefix) lets owners swap this FCU into any compatible P365 grip or slide module, expanding customization options without a visit to an FFL. The current XMACRO grip module carries a full M1913 accessory rail—uncommon on pistols this slim—allowing the included TLR-7X light to mount flush.
The flat-faced trigger offers a short, tactile reset for quick, consistent breaks. A reversible magazine release supports left- or right-handed shooters, while front and rear slide serrations ensure positive manipulation even with wet or gloved hands.
Factory SIG XRAY3 day/night sights pair a green tritium front dot with drift-adjustable rear lamps for 24-hour visibility. The optic-ready slide accepts multiple micro-red-dot footprints using the supplied plate and screws, making it easy to add reflex sights without milling.
