Browning X-Bolt Hunter .308 Win Bolt-Action Rifle, 22" Barrel, Walnut Stock
The Browning X-Bolt Hunter pairs classic walnut styling with the modern X-Bolt action. Built by Miroku in Japan, this rifle features a 22-inch sporter-contour chromoly barrel, a three-lug bolt with a short 60° throw, and Browning’s crisp Feather adjustable trigger. Glass bedding at the recoil lug and action pillars, along with a free-floated barrel, support consistent accuracy, while the X-Lock four-screw scope-mount interface comes factory-installed and ready for optics.

The heart of this rifle is Browning’s three-lug bolt, giving a secure lock-up and a quick 60° lift that clears low-mounted optics. A separate bolt-unlock button lets you unload safely with the tang safety engaged.
The 22" chromoly barrel is free-floated along its entire length. Combined with the glass-bedded recoil lug and action pillars, this setup promotes repeatable shot-to-shot consistency.
Trigger pull is factory-set at 3.5 lb and is user-adjustable from 3–5 lb. The Feather trigger’s clean break helps maximize practical accuracy, especially when paired with the rifle’s inherent bedding and barrel features.
The satin-finished walnut stock features cut checkering for a solid grip, an Inflex recoil pad to soften felt recoil, and swivel studs for sling or bipod attachment. Proof marks on the barrel and receiver read “MADE IN JAPAN/MIROKU,” reflecting the rifle’s precise Japanese manufacture.
