This Springfield Armory M1A Standard has been professionally upgraded with a Sage International M14ALCS Enhanced Battle Rifle aluminum chassis and several mission-ready accessories. Built in 2015 and chambered in .308 Winchester, it combines the proven M1A action with a modern, adjustable aluminum stock system, giving the rifle improved ergonomics, accessory mounting options, and a compact, customizable overall length.

Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.

The Sage International M14ALCS EBR chassis is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, hard-anodized in matte black/gray, and fitted with a ventilated handguard and ambidextrous QD sling cups. It offers a telescoping six-position buttstock with an adjustable cheek rest and rubber recoil pad, providing an 11-inch length of pull and an overall length that adjusts from roughly 40 to 46 inches.
An A.R.M.S. #18 scope mount is factory-installed, giving the receiver a stable, low-sitting MIL-STD-1913 top rail while preserving the rifle’s iron sights—wing-protected front post and USGI aperture rear. The mount block bears NSN 1240-01-316-0055 markings.
The 22-inch, threaded barrel retains the classic M1A gas-operated, piston-driven system, delivering reliable cycling with a wide range of .308 Winchester loads. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, reflecting minimal use.
With the Sage EBR chassis, bipod, and multiple magazines, this rifle weighs approximately 12.5–13 pounds—balanced and ready for precision work or sustained range sessions.
