The BRN-16A1 mirrors the original M16A1 with its slim “pencil” barrel, A1 flash hider, bayonet lug, and triangular polymer handguards. At just under seven pounds unloaded, the lightweight profile makes handling lively without sacrificing the 20" sight radius long-range shooters appreciate.
The barrel’s 1:12" right-hand twist is optimized for 55-grain M193 ammunition, replicating the performance of the Vietnam-era service load.
