Hi-Point’s 1095 TS is one of the least expensive factory 10 mm carbines available, yet it arrives ready for upgrades. The 17.5" barrel is factory-threaded 0.578×28 TPI, so adding a suppressor or muzzle device is straightforward.
The polymer fore-end features vent ribs for cooling and integral Picatinny rail segments, while the receiver sports a top rail for optics. If you prefer irons, the rifle ships with a protected post front sight and a fully adjustable aperture rear sight.
A skeletonized polymer stock keeps weight to about 7 lb unloaded and incorporates a recoil buffer and soft-rubber cheek piece for added comfort. The 14.5" length of pull fits a wide range of shooters.
