The Carmel’s short-stroke gas-piston system runs cooler and cleaner than direct-impingement designs, and its two-position gas regulator lets you switch quickly for suppressed fire.
A side-folding, 6-position stock with adjustable comb height shortens overall length for transport yet allows the rifle to be fired while folded, giving the shooter maximum flexibility in confined spaces.
Ambidextrous 45° safety levers, a paddle-style magazine release, and a non-reciprocating, reversible charging handle mean every critical control is accessible from either side without modification.
The free-floating polymer M-LOK handguard at 3-, 6-, and 9-o’clock offers ample real estate for lights, lasers, and grips, while the full-length top rail simplifies mounting day optics, magnifiers, and backup sights.
Accepting all standard STANAG pattern magazines and built with a CrMoV steel barrel featuring a 1:7 RH twist and 1/2-28 muzzle threads, the Carmel CSR16 arrives ready for modern defensive, sporting, or suppressed applications.
