What’s Included
- Marlin Model 99 M1 .22 LR semi-automatic rifle with 18-inch barrel and integral 9-round tubular magazine
The Model 99 M1 uses a blowback semi-automatic action that feeds from an under-barrel tubular magazine, giving the shooter 9+1 rounds of .22 LR without protruding magazines.
Its 18-inch Micro-Groove barrel provides 16 shallow lands and grooves, a design Marlin introduced for increased bore contact and easier cleaning. The bore on this example retains defined rifling, supporting good accuracy with standard or high-velocity loads.
A straight-grip hardwood stock with white-line spacer and matching handguard delivers classic carbine lines. Factory sling swivel studs make it simple to add a carry strap, and the 13.75-inch length of pull suits most shooters.
The receiver is both drilled and grooved for tip-off rimfire scope mounts. Adjustable open sights—a drift-dovetail front blade and receiver-mounted rear—are installed for immediate use.
Period touches such as the gold-anodized trigger, alloy trigger guard, and cross-bolt safety give the rifle distinctive 1960s styling while maintaining practical function.
