The Stainless Stalker variant pairs a matte stainless steel receiver and 22" sporter-contour barrel with a weatherproof black/gray composite stock. Molded checkering and factory sling-swivel studs provide secure handling and easy field carry.
Chambered in .270 WSM, this rifle was produced in the cartridge’s first year of commercial availability. The short-action magnum delivers flat trajectories while keeping overall rifle length and bolt throw compact.
The A-Bolt II’s three-lug bolt offers a quick 60° lift for fast cycling and improved scope clearance. A detachable three-round magazine enclosed by a hinged floorplate allows safe, convenient unloading.
A tang-mounted two-position safety is intuitive to operate from a shooting position. The barreled action bears an NP proofmark and Patent No. 4723369, underscoring Browning’s quality control standards.
Factory two-piece scope bases and 1" rings are already installed, so adding a glass sight is straightforward and tool-friendly.
