The Glock G44 Gen5 is Glock’s first factory .22 LR pistol and the only model in the lineup with a lightweight hybrid steel/polymer slide. It delivers familiar Gen5 ergonomics, a Glock Marksman Barrel, and a 10-round capacity in a rimfire platform that fits most G19 holsters. The result is a low-recoil trainer that mirrors the feel of a duty-sized Glock while cutting ammunition costs.

The hybrid steel/polymer slide is unique to the G44 and reduces reciprocating mass for reliable blowback operation while preserving Glock’s proven durability. An nDLC black finish resists wear and corrosion, and front and rear serrations provide confident manipulation.
The 4.02-inch stainless Glock Marksman Barrel features a fluted chamber and nitride treatment for long service life and easy maintenance. Combined with the striker-fired Safe Action system, the G44 offers a familiar trigger feel for Glock users transitioning between rimfire practice and centerfire carry pistols.
Gen5 upgrades such as a flared mag-well, ambidextrous slide-stop levers, and a reversible magazine release improve handling for both left- and right-handed shooters. Adjustable polymer sights with a white-dot front and white-outline rear come standard, allowing quick zero adjustments for varying .22 LR loads.
Compact dimensions match the footprint of the G19, making the G44 compatible with most Gen5 G19 holsters and accessories. This allows seamless integration into existing setups for training, competition, or casual range use.
