The TTI Combat is the first fully co-branded handgun from Canik and Taran Tactical Innovations. Introduced at SHOT Show 2024, this full-size 9 mm blends competition-grade speed features with the proven reliability of the Canik platform, giving shooters a race-ready sidearm straight from the factory.

This collaboration draws directly on champion shooter Taran Butler’s competition experience. A spiral-fluted 4.6" carbon-steel barrel with a target crown pairs with factory porting to help reduce muzzle rise and keep rapid strings on target. The gold-hued TTI Bronze slide sports aggressive front and rear serrations, dual forward ports, and a top lightening window that trims reciprocating mass.
Shooters get a flat-faced, skeletonized trigger that breaks cleanly at roughly 3.5 lb, an extended magazine release for quick reloads, and an integrated removable aluminum flared magwell to speed magazine changes under pressure. The striker-fired action retains Canik’s consistent short-recoil reliability.
The optic-ready slide features a low-profile cut engineered for popular MRDS footprints and true co-witness with the supplied fiber-optic sights—a green fiber-optic front blade and a serrated square-notch rear. An industry-standard accessory rail sits ahead of the trigger guard for lights or lasers.
