Designed for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Glock G47 Gen5 MOS combines the slide length of a G17 with the compact dust-cover profile of a G45. This crossover architecture delivers full-size sight radius and magazine capacity while retaining Gen5 upgrades such as the flared magwell, ambidextrous slide-stop levers, and the Glock Marksman Barrel. Its factory-milled MOS slide accepts today’s most popular miniature red-dot sights, and the tough nDLC finish resists corrosion and wear.

This G47 carries the 4.49-inch Glock Marksman Barrel featuring enhanced polygonal rifling and a recessed crown for improved consistency and durability. The barrel, slide, and internal components wear Glock’s proprietary nDLC coating, giving the pistol a uniform matte-black appearance and elevated resistance to abrasion and corrosion.
The MOS (Modular Optic System) slide is factory-machined to accept Glock’s adapter plates, allowing direct mounting of miniature red-dot optics without additional milling. Rear cocking serrations provide a firm purchase for administrative or emergency manipulations, even with gloved hands.
Gen5 ergonomics include the finger-groove-free grip, reversible magazine release, and ambidextrous slide-stop levers, supporting left- or right-handed shooters. A slightly flared magwell accelerates reloads, and the pistol accepts any Glock 17-pattern magazine—standard 17-round flush-fits, extended 19-, 24-, 31-, or 33-round options.
Standard polymer sights present a white-dot front blade and matching white U-notch rear, aligned over a 6.65-inch sight radius for precise aiming. The Safe Action striker-fired system delivers a consistent trigger pull enhanced by Gen5 components.
