Smith & Wesson Model 629 Classic Dash-6 .44 Magnum Revolver, 5-Inch, Satin Stainless
This full-size N-frame Model 629 Classic Dash-6 pairs the power of .44 Magnum with a less common 5-inch one-piece barrel, giving shooters a balanced mix of sight radius and fast handling. Built entirely from satin stainless steel and factory drilled and tapped for optics, it delivers the modern refinements of the dash-6 revision—such as the internal key lock—while retaining the Classic series’ timeless lines.

The 5-inch one-piece full-lug barrel is unique to the Classic configuration, predating the later two-piece design and offering a solid feel with excellent barrel rigidity.
Satin brushed stainless steel covers the frame, cylinder, and barrel, providing corrosion resistance and an easy-to-maintain finish suited for both field and range use.
A pinned red-ramp front sight and fully adjustable white-outline rear sight give a clear sight picture, while the top strap comes factory drilled and tapped for direct optic mounting without gunsmith work.
The smooth MIM trigger and exposed hammer support both double-action and single-action fire. The internal key lock adds contemporary security without altering the revolver’s handling.
A Hogue black synthetic Monogrip with finger grooves ensures a firm hold during heavy .44 Magnum recoil, complementing the revolver’s balanced 5-inch barrel length and full-lug weight.
