This custom AR-15 pistol combines the striking Sharps Bros “The Jack” Gen 2 billet lower with Daniel Defense’s purpose-built DDM4 PDW upper. Chambered in .300 AAC Blackout and built with premium materials throughout, it offers a compact 7.5-inch, cold-hammer-forged barrel, ambidextrous controls, and a flat-faced single-stage trigger—all in a lightweight, hard-coat-anodized package ready for your choice of muzzle device.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent – clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent – sharp lands and grooves.
The receiver surfaces display a few minor, superficial scratches and blemishes from careful handling. No muzzle device is installed, leaving the 5/8-24 threaded barrel ready for the muzzle accessory or suppressor mount of your choosing.

The heart of this build is the Sharps Bros billet lower, CNC-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and featuring the iconic 3-D skull magwell that doubles as an integral trigger guard. It is paired with Daniel Defense’s DDM4 PDW upper, creating a compact, high-quality platform that maintains full parts compatibility with standard AR-15 components.
The 7.5-inch, cold-hammer-forged CMV steel barrel sports a chrome-lined bore, S2W profile, and 1:7 RH twist for reliable performance with both subsonic and supersonic .300 BLK loads. A pistol-length gas system and 5/8-24 threads provide smooth cycling and easy attachment of the muzzle device you prefer.
Controls are optimized for quick handling: a flat-faced, skeletonized single-stage trigger offers a crisp break, while a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle and ambidextrous pictogram safety selector cater to both left- and right-handed shooters.
The Daniel Defense MFR XL 6.0 free-float handguard, machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, delivers a slim profile with ample M-LOK slots and a numbered Picatinny top rail (slots T17–T29) for precise placement of optics and accessories.
Finished in Type III hard-coat anodized matte black, both upper and lower provide corrosion resistance and a uniform, professional appearance. A buffer extension is installed with no brace or stock, keeping overall length minimal for easy transport and maneuverability.
