Remington’s pump-action system uses twin action bars and a rotary-locking bolt, giving the 7600 a solid lockup and fast follow-up capability. The detachable box magazine holds four rounds of .270 Win plus one in the chamber, offering quick reloads compared to traditional internal magazines.
The 18-inch carbon-steel barrel trims overall length and weight without sacrificing accuracy potential, making this carbine easy to maneuver in brush or from a blind. A matte black, non-reflective finish on the metalwork reduces glare and resists corrosion.
