Stevens Model 94C .410 Bore Single-Shot Shotgun – 26" Barrel, Pre-1968, Walnut Stock
This Stevens Model 94C delivers the simple reliability collectors seek in a classic American single-shot. Built in Chicopee Falls before serial numbers were required, it sports a forged steel barrel chambered for 3-inch .410 shells, a walnut stock with pressed checkering, and the exposed-hammer break-action that helped make the 94 series a staple in rural America.

What’s Included
- Stevens Model 94C .410 Bore single-shot shotgun
Stevens introduced the 94C as a straightforward field gun, and this example reflects that heritage with a forged steel receiver and barrel proof-tested for .410 Bore loads. The 26-inch barrel carries the Chicopee Falls address and a fixed choke, providing the tight patterns many hunters favor for small game.
The break-action design is operated by an alloy top lever and backed up by an exposed hammer, giving the shooter clear visual confirmation of the gun’s status. A brass bead front sight offers a traditional, uncluttered sight picture.
Furniture is American walnut with pressed checkering at the wrist and on the forend. The length of pull measures 14 inches, a comfortable fit for most adult shooters.
Because it was produced prior to 1968, this shotgun bears no serial number, a common and lawful characteristic of its era. An “SP” proof mark is present on the barrel, and the overall build highlights the utilitarian craftsmanship Stevens was known for.
