Archon Type B Gen 2 9mm Luger — Striker-Fired Pistol with AF-Speedlock Barrel System, Optic-Ready Slide & Six 17-Rd Magazines
The Archon Type B Gen 2 pairs a low-bore-axis AF-Speedlock straight-travel barrel with a rigid steel monocoque chassis to deliver fast follow-up shots and consistent accuracy. U.S. manufacture by PTR Industries brings European design refinements—such as Glock-pattern sight dovetails, an optic-ready slide cut, and an aggressive molded stipple grip—into a duty-sized pistol that ships with six steel 17-round magazines and three interchangeable backstraps.

Archon’s patented AF-Speedlock system keeps the barrel moving straight back on recoil, lowering the bore axis and reducing muzzle flip. Combined with a flat-faced trigger and crisp break, the design helps shooters stay on target during rapid strings.
The steel slide wears a durable matte-black finish and features deep forward and rear serrations for confident manipulation. An optic-ready cut beneath a cover plate lets you mount popular micro red-dot sights without gunsmithing.
A red fiber-optic front blade contrasts against the black serrated rear notch for a bright, daylight-visible sight picture. Because the dovetails follow Glock dimensions, aftermarket night sights or suppressor-height options install easily.
The polymer grip shell locks into a steel internal chassis, providing rigidity while keeping weight moderate. Aggressive molded stippling, three backstrap sizes, and a beavertail undercut promote a secure, natural grip.
An integral four-slot Picatinny rail on the dust cover accommodates lights or lasers, rounding out a feature set ready for duty, competition, or defensive carry.
