The Witness Limited Custom is Tanfoglio’s single-action, match-ready 9mm tailored for IPSC Standard Division. Built on a full-size carbon-steel frame and finished in durable hard-chrome TAN-COAT, this 2019-proofed Italian pistol combines a polygonal-rifled bull barrel, lightened slide, and oversized controls to deliver fast handling and consistent accuracy. Its silver finish, checkered walnut grips, and funnel mag-well give it both distinctive looks and practical performance benefits.

Designed for serious competition, the Limited Custom uses a 4.75 inch coned bull barrel with polygonal rifling for increased barrel life and easy cleaning. The full-length dust cover carries five lightening holes per side, adding forward weight while keeping slide mass low for flat recoil impulse.
The hard-chrome TAN-COAT finish covers both frame and slide, providing corrosion resistance and a bright, uniform silver appearance. Front cocking serrations and wide lightening cuts on the slide aid manipulation and speed cycling. The slide is drilled and tapped for a scope mount, giving shooters an easy path to optics if desired.
Competition-oriented controls include an oversized magazine release, skeletonized single-action trigger with over-travel stop, and ambidextrous manual thumb safety working alongside an internal firing pin safety and hammer half-cock notch. A skeletonized hammer reduces lock time, while the aluminum funnel mag-well accelerates reloads—though a magazine is not supplied with this sale.
Sighting duties are handled by a red fiber-optic front blade paired with a fully adjustable rear sight, allowing precise zeroing for various loads. Checkered walnut grips, along with checkering on the front strap and trigger guard, deliver secure purchase during rapid strings.
