The 4.5-inch barrel is machined from 416R stainless. Its 1/2-28 TPI threads accept rimfire suppressors or the included single-port hex-profile compensator for reduced muzzle rise.
An aluminum Black Camo Cerakote shroud surrounds the barrel, providing rigidity and housing integral top and bottom Picatinny rails for optics, lights, or other accessories. Matching Cerakote on the receiver completes the cohesive finish.
The DLC-coated competition bolt cycles smoothly in the semi-automatic blowback action. An oversize knurled charging knob, engraved with the Volquartsen logo, offers positive control even with gloved hands.
Inside the Ruger MK IV 22/45 polymer grip frame, Volquartsen’s Accurizing Kit delivers a crisp, adjustable trigger that breaks at approximately 2.25 lb. The factory-removed magazine disconnect safety ensures a consistent pull every time.
Green fiber-optic front and fully adjustable target rear sights provide a bright, precise sight picture. Combined with the 1:16 RH twist rate, the Black Mamba is tuned for high-consistency rimfire accuracy in a compact, competition-ready package.
