The heart of this rifle is a 16.5" cold-hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel made from chromoly vanadium steel. Its 1:7" right-hand twist stabilizes a wide range of 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem. bullets, while the low-profile gas block and carbine-length direct-impingement system keep weight down and reliability high.
A Griffin Armament FlashComp muzzle device is pinned and welded, delivering flash reduction and muzzle control while securing overall length compliance. This permanent attachment, combined with the government-profile barrel, gives the gun a duty-ready feel without unnecessary bulk.
