What’s Included
- CVA Buckhorn Magnum .50 caliber bolt-action inline muzzleloader rifle
This Buckhorn Magnum is engineered for modern black-powder loads. The 1:28 twist rate is optimized for saboted bullets, allowing shooters to take full advantage of the rifle’s 150-grain (three-pellet) capability.
The 24-inch carbon-steel barrel and matching matte-blued receiver wear Spanish CIP proof marks, verifying pressure-tested safety and quality. Both components share a non-reflective finish that resists glare in the field.
CVA outfitted the rifle with a rugged black synthetic stock featuring a Monte Carlo cheekpiece, textured grip panels, and integral sling-swivel studs. The 14.5-inch length of pull fits most adult shooters while keeping overall weight manageable.
The bolt-action inline system uses common 209 shotgun primers for quick, weather-resistant ignition. A single-stage trigger offers a clean pull, and the receiver is factory drilled and tapped for scope bases, simplifying optic installation if desired.
