The PSL-54C derives from the RPK light machine-gun design, sharing a stamped steel pattern while adapting it for precision semi-automatic fire. This kit preserves that heritage with the correct long-stroke piston carrier, ribbed top cover, and vented gas tube.
Furniture is cut from beech hardwood, finished in a light tone that matches period-correct rifles. The thumb-hole stock and matching handguards give any finished build the instantly recognisable PSL silhouette.
Front-end components—including the gas block, front sight block/trunnion, and 14×1 LH muzzle brake—are supplied loose, allowing precise alignment during assembly. With all major fire-control parts present, only a barrel and receiver are needed to complete a functional rifle.
The pair of original 10-round magazines ensures feeding compatibility once the build is complete, adding extra value for shooters and collectors alike.
