The USG series updates the original Five-seveN with a more squared trigger guard and reshaped grip, providing a natural index and secure purchase for duty or range use. Gray polymer controls contrast with the black frame, making the ambidextrous safety and reversible magazine release easy to locate by sight or touch.
Its 4.8-inch chrome-lined, cold-hammer-forged stainless steel barrel resists wear and corrosion while supporting the high pressures of the 5.7x28mm round. A polymer-clad steel slide keeps reciprocating mass low, contributing to fast follow-up shots and reduced muzzle rise.
