This Walther-built, Colt-licensed rimfire M4 pairs authentic AR-15 controls with low-cost .22 LR shooting. Constructed on hard-anodized aluminum receivers and equipped with a six-position collapsible stock, it delivers familiar handling for training or recreation. The factory-threaded 16.2-inch barrel accepts standard muzzle devices, while the included Centerpoint Tactical 1-4×20 illuminated scope adds fast target engagement. What’s Included
- Centerpoint Tactical 1-4×20 mm illuminated LPVO scope (installed)
- 2× 30-round proprietary Colt/Umarex .22 LR magazines
- 4× 10-round proprietary Colt/Umarex .22 LR magazines
Designed by Carl Walther in Germany and imported by Umarex, this rimfire M4 mirrors full-size AR ergonomics, including functional dust cover, forward assist, and bolt catch. The simple blowback action offers reliable cycling with standard .22 LR ammunition, making it a practical trainer for shooters who already run centerfire ARs.
The 16.2-inch barrel is threaded M8×0.75 mm and capped with an A2 flash suppressor, giving you the option to add compatible muzzle devices. A polymer two-piece M4 handguard and A2-style pistol grip maintain traditional looks while keeping weight down.
Iron sights are factory installed: an A2 front post on an F-marked sight base with bayonet lug, and a detachable carry-handle rear sight. The upper receiver’s Picatinny rail hosts the included Centerpoint Tactical 1-4×20 optic, offering both circle-dot illumination for close work and 4× magnification for targets at distance.
Walther’s use of aluminum alloy receivers, rather than polymer, enhances durability. With six total magazines—four of them reduced-capacity 10-rounders for jurisdictions with magazine limits—you’re ready for extended range sessions wherever you shoot.
