Introduced at SHOT Show 2020, the Big Boy X marries Henry’s smooth large-loop action with modern features shooters asked for. The polymer fore-end carries an M-LOK slot and a short Picatinny segment, giving you direct mounting points for lights, lasers, or bipods without extra hardware.
The 17.4-inch blued-steel barrel is factory threaded 5/8-24 TPI and capped with a knurled protector, so it accepts common suppressors and muzzle devices with no gunsmithing required. A 1:20 right-hand twist stabilizes heavy .44 Magnum bullets for dependable accuracy.
Henry pairs the barrel with bright fiber-optic sights: a green front bead and a fully adjustable red rear. Combined with the rifle’s 14.5-inch length of pull and soft rubber recoil pad, the sight picture is fast, and follow-up shots stay comfortable.
The steel receiver wears a matte blued finish and is drilled and tapped for Henry’s BB-RSM scope base, giving you optic flexibility. Inside, a transfer-bar safety blocks the hammer until the trigger is pulled, adding peace of mind without complicating operation.
Capacity runs 7+1 rounds of hard-hitting .44 Mag—or .44 Special for reduced recoil—making this Big Boy X a versatile option for deer woods, hog country, or the range.
