The heart of this CTR is a 24-inch cold-hammer-forged heavy barrel with a 1:8 twist, optimized for the high-BC bullets common in 6.5 Creedmoor. Factory threading at 5/8-24 UNEF lets you add a muzzle brake or suppressor without gunsmith work.
Tikka’s foam-filled synthetic stock keeps weight manageable while adding rigidity and reducing resonance. A vertical grip, textured contact surfaces, and a solid recoil pad aid control and comfort, while the steel recoil lug anchors the action firmly in the stock.
The T3x action features an oversized cylindrical bolt knob for faster manipulation and an enlarged ejection port for smoother clearing. The receiver combines an integral 17 mm dovetail with an installed Picatinny rail, giving you multiple mounting interfaces in one package.
